While paying homage to Mississippi’s heritage, Seafood R’evolution celebrates a cultural fusion of the foods and flavors that have shaped the culinary landscape of the Gulf Coast over generations.

From Plate to Palate

Seafood R’evolution’s featured “fish-on-a-plate” program allows guests to select a fish species from the menu offering then, determine the cooking process: wood grilled, sautéed, blackened or á la plancha. All fish are served with lemon, extra-virgin olive oil, fleur de sel or the guest’s choice of sauce. These signature fish dishes can be topped with crawfish étouffée, sautéed Gulf shrimp, jumbo lump crabmeat or fried oysters. Scrumptious!


With an inventory of more than 4,000 bottles of American and international wines, Seafood R’evolution takes pride in pairing specially selected wines with Mississippi seafood and Southern cuisine. The bar program focuses on classic, “gilded age” cocktails while also featuring handcrafted, seasonal libations

Private Dining & Catering

Seafood R’evolution features three, beautifully appointed private dining rooms for special functions.  Off-site catering options are available as well for banquets, wedding receptions, family reunions, Christmas parties, corporate seminars, retreats, meetings and board luncheons.  Of course, restaurant buy-outs are offered to those wishing to host a larger party or celebration.
